Curative Assist, LLC ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the Curative Assist service at curativeassist.com.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide:
- Account information — name, email address, and company name provided during signup or access request
- File details — property address, file number, buyer/seller names, and state you enter manually
- Documents — title commitments, deeds, surveys, liens, and other documents you upload for analysis
- Notes and case files — notes, case history, and file details you save within the Service
- Contact information — contacts you save manually to your contact list within the Service
- Templates — document templates, email formats, and letterheads you upload
Information collected automatically:
- Usage data — features used, files analyzed, and actions taken within the Service
- Authentication data — login method and session information managed by Clerk
- API usage — token counts and model usage for billing and cost tracking purposes
Information from third parties:
- Google, Apple, Microsoft — basic profile information (name, email, profile photo) when you sign in using these providers
- Web search results — contact information found via web search during analysis is attributed to its source
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service
- Process your documents through AI analysis to generate curative insights
- Save and retrieve your case history, contacts, notes, and templates
- Send access approval and account-related emails
- Calculate usage and billing for your account
- Respond to your support requests
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not:
- Sell your personal information to third parties
- Use your uploaded documents or case files to train AI models
- Share your data with other users outside your organization
- Use your data for advertising purposes
4. Document and Data Storage
- Uploaded documents are stored securely in Supabase Storage and retained according to the retention period you choose in Account Settings (from end of session through keep forever; default is 30 days)
- Case files, contacts, notes, and analysis results are retained according to the same setting and removed automatically when that period expires, unless you select indefinite retention
- Retention controls — you can change how long we keep your data at any time under Account Settings → Data retention
- Team accounts — members of the same organization can access shared case history and contacts within their organization only
- Data isolation — your data is never visible to users outside your organization
- All stored data is encrypted at rest and in transit
5. AI Processing
- Documents you upload are sent to the Anthropic Claude API for processing
- Anthropic does not use API data to train their models per their API usage policy
- Processed results are returned to you and stored in your account
- We do not retain raw document content beyond the processing session unless you save the file
6. Data Sharing
We share your information only in these limited circumstances:
- Anthropic — documents and text are processed through the Anthropic Claude API to generate analysis
- Supabase— your data is stored using Supabase's secure database and storage infrastructure
- Clerk — authentication and session management
- Resend — email delivery for access notifications and account emails
- Stripe — payment processing for subscriptions and billing
- Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority
- Business transfer — in the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred with appropriate notice
7. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data including:
- HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
- Encrypted storage via Supabase
- Secure authentication via Clerk
- Access controls limiting data to authorized users only
- Regular security monitoring
While we implement reasonable safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You use the Service at your own risk.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of your personal data we hold
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion — request deletion of your account and associated data
- Portability — request an export of your case files and contacts
- Withdrawal — withdraw consent at any time by discontinuing use of the Service

9. Data Retention
- Active accounts — data is retained for the duration of your account
- Uploaded documents and account data — retained according to your chosen retention period in Account Settings (default 30 days; options include end of session, 24 hours, 7 days, 90 days, or keep forever)
- Deleted accounts — data is deleted within 30 days of account closure
- Billing records — retained for 7 years as required by law
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly.
11. Florida Privacy Rights
